I checked the live register first (SCRIPTURAL_PSP_MASTER v1.60.0, commit 07babd2). Parts of your arc are already sealed there, so the new card builds on them instead of repeating them. SC-102, the Conceded Throne, already holds the concession engine, the throne ladder, the felled stump, and the individual reading of the Suffering Servant (Isaiah 53) as native to Jewish tradition. SC-099, the Elyon custody master, already holds the third-day key and the Constantinian capture. The new material is seated as SC-110, the next free index, applying both by reference.
What the card adds:
- The catch. 2 Samuel 7:14 grants the dynasty with a built-in penalty: "the rod of men" (shevet) and "the strokes of the sons of men" (root n-g-ʿ). Both words reappear in the suffering texts. Psalm 89:33 repeats the clause, Isaiah 53:4 and 53:8 put the "stroke" on the servant, and Micah 4:14 strikes the judge of Israel with the "rod." So the penalty written into the half-approved kingship is the suffering of the king.
- The raising verb. The Greek Old Testament uses the same verb of raising, anistēmi, for God raising up David's seed (2 Sam 7:12), rebuilding David's fallen booth (Amos 9:11), and reviving the people on the third day (Hos 6:2).
- What Paul pointed to. The "scriptures" in 1 Corinthians 15:3–4 are this whole arc. The chapter closes it at 15:24–28, where Christ hands the kingdom back to God, the same ending as Zechariah 14:9.
- Rome as the servant. The Cyrus model reappears in Paul: Romans 13:4 calls the ruling power God's diakonos, "servant," and Paul's collection from the gentiles for Jerusalem enacts Isaiah 60's tribute of the nations. The Roman takeover under Constantine is recorded as Isaiah 49:23 fulfilled in form and reversed in content.
Two points in your framing are adjusted in the card, and it says why. On the seventh day God is enthroned, not stepping into the background, which is already settled law in SC-080 and SC-095. "God on earth" is typed as a representative by grant, never as identity, per the fence against claiming divinity for the king.
The card is staged for v1.61.0 but not pushed. Nothing gets written to git without your explicit yes

Provenance: session of 2026-09-20, harvested from the architect's arc on 1 Corinthians 15:3-4. Two repairs caught and carried here as the one licensed compression. The scribe's typing of the single-figure reading as a retrospective invention of the Jesus movement is withdrawn, since SC-102 already records the individual-servant reading of Isaiah 53 as resident in the tradition. The scribe's first typing of the Rome leg as ideology only is withdrawn on Romans 13:4 and 13:6, where the ruling power is filed as God's servant in the Cyrus grammar. The road lives in the transcript.

**Governs:** the referent of Paul's *kata tas graphas* at 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, read as one arc the Hebrew corpus carries in pieces: a representative installed, a king conceded with a penalty clause, the penalty executed on the representative, a third-day turn, and kingship restored and returned to its Owner, with the imperial servant as the arc's political instrument and the Roman capture as its inverted fulfilment.
## SUMMARY AT A GLANCE
**The seed in one sentence.** The throne conceded at 1 Samuel 8 was granted with its penalty written in, the rod and the strokes of 2 Samuel 7:14, and the corpus carries those same two nouns onto the suffering ruler, the stricken servant, and the struck judge, so the catch in the grant is the passion of the representative, and the third-day turn with the verb of raising is its discharge.
| # | Part | Finding | Grade |
|---|---|---|---|

## PART ZERO · THE SEED
Five clauses, each irreducible. A representative is installed under an enthroned Owner. A king is conceded against that order with a penalty written into the grant. The penalty is executed on the representative. A third-day turn discharges it. Kingship is restored and handed back to the Owner. Delete the concession and the penalty has no occasion. Delete the penalty and the suffering has no covenantal address. Delete the turn and the grant ends in the dust of Psalm 89:39. Delete the return and the restored king becomes a second sovereign, which is the fault the concession was granted under protest to expose.
## PART ONE · THE REPRESENTATIVE AND THE ENTHRONED OWNER
Genesis 1:26 names the sixth-day creature *ṣelem* and *dəmût*. The pair is royal vocabulary: the ninth-century Tell Fekheriye statue uses Aramaic *ṣlm* and *dmwt* for a king's image standing for him in his territory. The human is installed as the Owner's statue in the Owner's realm, and dominion follows in the same verse. Psalm 8:5-6 repeats the installation as coronation, crowned with glory, all things under his feet.
The seventh day is the Owner taking the closure position, held at Tier A from SC-080 and SC-095. Divine rest is enthronement: *zot menuḥati adei ad, poh eshev* at Psalm 132:14, *ha-shamayim kis'i... ve-ei zeh maqom menuḥati* at Isaiah 66:1. The Qur'an states the same close without narrative: six days, then *istawā ʿalā l-ʿarsh* at Q 7:54, Q 10:3, and Q 32:4, weariness denied at Q 50:38, and the installed creature named *khalīfa* at Q 2:30. The architecture of the first week is therefore an enthroned Owner reigning through a representative, and every later king is measured against it.
## PART TWO · THE CONCESSION AND ITS CATCH
The concession engine is held at Tier A from SC-102 Part Four: refusal at Judges 8:23, the demand *ke-khol ha-goyim* at 1 Samuel 8:5, the diagnosis *oti ma'asu mi-melokh aleihem* at 8:7, the itemized bill at 8:11-18, the unanswered cry at 8:18, the grant at 8:22, and the withdrawal clause at Hosea 13:11, *etten lekha melekh be-appi ve-eqqaḥ be-evrati*. The grant is real and it is half-given: given in anger, taken in wrath, and conditional in its own statute at Deuteronomy 17:14-20.
The catch is written into the dynastic charter. 2 Samuel 7:14: *asher be-haʿavoto ve-hokhaḥtiv be-**shevet** anashim u-**ve-nigʿei** benei adam*, when he does wrong I will chasten him with the rod of men and the strokes of the sons of men. Verse 15 bars the withdrawal of *ḥesed* in the same breath, so the penalty is a penalty inside a covenant that does not void.
The two penalty nouns travel. Psalm 89:33 (English 89:32) restates the Davidic clause with both: *u-faqadti ve-**shevet** pishʿam u-**vi-negaʿim** ʿavonam*. Isaiah 53:4 names the servant *nagûaʿ*, stricken, on root *n-g-ʿ*, and 53:8 closes his death with *mi-peshaʿ ʿammi **negaʿ** lamo*, for my people's transgression the stroke was his. Micah 4:14 (English 5:1) strikes the ruler with the other noun: *ba-**shevet** yakku ʿal ha-leḥi et shofet Yisrael*, with the rod they strike the judge of Israel on the cheek, and the next verse announces the ruler from Bethlehem. The rod and the strokes are the covenant's own penalty vocabulary, and the corpus lands them on the suffering ruler and the stricken servant. The catch in the concession and the passion of the representative are one clause read at two sites.
## PART THREE · THE EXECUTION ON THE REPRESENTATIVE
The corpus records the penalty executed, and it executes it on the best of the line. Josiah, praised beyond every king at 2 Kings 23:25, is killed at Megiddo at 23:29. Lamentations 4:20 laments *meshiaḥ YHWH* captured in their pits, the breath of our nostrils. Psalm 89:39-40 states the charter's apparent collapse to God's face: *ve-attah zanaḥta va-timʾas, hitʿabbarta ʿim meshiḥekha... ḥillalta la-arets nizro*, you have spurned your anointed, you have defiled his crown to the ground. Zechariah 12:10-11 gathers the mourning for the pierced one to the mourning at Megiddo. Zechariah 13:7 turns the sword on *roʿi*, my shepherd, by decree. Daniel 9:26 cuts the anointed off with nothing.
Isaiah 52:13 through 53:12 carries the execution as substitution. The servant is lifted and exalted at the opening, despised and rejected, pierced for our transgressions, taken by oppression and judgment, cut off from the land of the living, assigned his grave with the wicked and the rich, and then, after death, he sees seed, lengthens days, and in 1QIsaᵃ and the Greek at 53:11 sees light. The individual-servant reading of this song is resident in the tradition at Tier A from SC-102, and the post-canonical record carries it, witness-grade: Sanhedrin 98b names the Messiah the leper on Isaiah 53:4, Sukkah 52a slays Messiah son of Joseph on Zechariah 12:10, and Qumran's 4Q541 carries a suffering figure in the song's register. The corpus's own identification of the servant with Israel at Isaiah 49:3 and its distinction from Israel at 49:6 stand together as a preserved tension, per SC-102's contradiction habit, and the individual reading is one of the two strands the canon itself keeps.
## PART FOUR · THE THIRD DAY
*Shelishi* is a threshold and not a tally. The root *š-l-š* yields *shilshom*, and the fixed pair *temol shilshom*, yesterday and the third day, means formerly. Hosea 6:2 speaks in the graded-number form, *mi-yomayim... ba-yom ha-shelishi*, the x and x+1 device of Amos 1 and Proverbs 30, which marks a short and certain interval ending in an act and never a count.
The corpus places decision on that day. The land and the living plant rise out of the waters on the third day with *tov* pronounced twice at Genesis 1:9-13. Abraham (AS) sees the place and receives his son back at Genesis 22:4. The head is lifted at Genesis 40:20 and the brothers released at 42:18. Sinai opens on the third day at Exodus 19:11 and 19:16. The Jordan is crossed at Joshua 3:2. The king under death-sentence rises at 2 Kings 20:5, *ba-yom ha-shelishi taʿaleh beit YHWH*. The law fixes the same boundary against death: purification from corpse contact on the third day at Numbers 19:12 and 19:19, and offered meat on the third day turned to *piggul* at Leviticus 7:17-18, so the third day is the last hour before corruption becomes final. Psalm 16:10 names the refusal of that corruption to the holy one. The Qur'an keeps the same office: three days in their homes before the Thamūd judgment at Q 11:65, and three days of silence for Zakariyyā (AS) before the promised birth at Q 3:41. The third-day key is held at Tier A from SC-099. Genesis Rabbah 56:1 gathers the corpus's third days under the rule that the righteous are not left in distress beyond the third, and Leviticus Rabbah 18:1 places the onset of decay after three days, both witness-grade and seal-ineligible.
## PART FIVE · THE RAISING VERB
The charter uses the verb of standing up. 2 Samuel 7:12, *va-haqimoti et zarʿakha*, I will raise up your seed, rendered in the Greek *anastēsō to sperma sou*. Amos 9:11, *aqim et sukkat David ha-nofelet*, *anastēsō tēn skēnēn Dauid*. Hosea 6:2, *yeqimenu*, *anastēsometha*, we shall be raised, the people. The Targum to Hosea 6:2 renders the third day as the day of the resurrection of the dead. Ezekiel 37:12 opens the graves and 37:24 seats David (AS) as king over the raised, resurrection and restored kingship in one oracle. One verb carries the seed, the fallen booth, and the dead nation, and the Greek scripture Paul read gives it the noun *anastasis*. Paul's own formula at 1 Corinthians 15:4 uses *egēgertai*, and the *anistēmi* line enters his circle's preaching by name at Acts 13:33-34, where the raising is read through Psalm 2:7 and the sure mercies of David at Isaiah 55:3.
## PART SIX · THE REFERENT OF *KATA TAS GRAPHAS*
1 Corinthians 15:3-4 transmits a received formula, *hoti Christos apethanen hyper tōn hamartiōn hēmōn kata tas graphas*, buried, raised on the third day *kata tas graphas*. The formula names no verse. Its referent is the arc of Parts One through Five, and Paul's own citations mark its load-bearing members. Romans 4:25, *paredothē dia ta paraptōmata hēmōn*, is the Greek of Isaiah 53:12, *dia tas hamartias autōn paredothē*. Romans 10:16 quotes Isaiah 53:1. Romans 15:3 applies Psalm 69:10. Romans 1:3-4 joins the seed of David to the declaration by resurrection, which is 2 Samuel 7:12 and 14 read as one sentence. Romans 5:14 names Adam (AS) *typos tou mellontos*, the representative of Part One as the pattern of the coming one. And the chapter that opens on *kata tas graphas* closes the arc exactly: *hotan paradidō tēn basileian tō theō kai patri*, when he hands over the kingdom to God, having abolished every rule and authority and power, *hina ē ho theos panta en pasin* at 1 Corinthians 15:24-28, which is Zechariah 14:9, the LORD king over all the earth. Paul's scripture is the conceded throne carried to its discharge and handed back to its Owner.
## PART SEVEN · THE CYRUS TEMPLATE
The corpus carries a standing model for a foreign empire under the arc. Isaiah 44:28 calls Cyrus *roʿi*, my shepherd, the rebuilder of Jerusalem, and 45:1 calls him *meshiḥo*, his anointed. Jeremiah 27:6 calls Nebuchadnezzar *ʿavdi*, my servant. The goal is stated: kings your foster-fathers and queens your nursing mothers at Isaiah 49:23, foreigners building your walls and their kings serving you at 60:10-12, Egypt My people and Assyria the work of My hands at 19:24-25, ten men of the nations taking hold of a Jew's garment at Zechariah 8:23. After Assyria, Babylon, and Egypt had broken the native throne, Persia rebuilt the house. An empire converted into Zion's servant was already a scripture and already a precedent.
Paul files Rome in that grammar. Romans 13:4, *theou gar diakonos estin soi eis to agathon*, God's servant for your good, and 13:6, *leitourgoi gar theou*, God's ministers: the ruling power is not sovereign, it is employed. He names his own office *leitourgon Christou Iēsou eis ta ethnē* offering up the nations at Romans 15:16, runs the collection for Jerusalem across the mission at Galatians 2:10, 1 Corinthians 16:1-4, and 2 Corinthians 8-9, and types the debt at Romans 15:27, the nations owing Jerusalem service in material things, which is the tribute of Isaiah 60 enacted. Romans 11 orders the nations' inclusion toward *pas Israēl sōthēsetai*. His route runs to the capital and beyond it at Romans 15:24 and 15:28. The vocabulary is the empire's own: *euangelion*, the word of the Priene inscription of 9 BCE for Augustus's birth; *kyrios*, *sōtēr*, *parousia*; *eirēnē kai asphaleia* at 1 Thessalonians 5:3, the imperial slogan; every knee bending to the new *Kyrios* at Philippians 2:10-11. The charge was heard in the open at Acts 17:7, that they act against Caesar's decrees saying there is another king.
The same move was live in Paul's generation outside his circle. The royal house of Adiabene converted, and Queen Helena shipped grain to famine-struck Jerusalem around 46 CE, per Josephus, *Antiquities* 20. Poppaea, Nero's wife, a God-fearer, interceded for the Jews at *Antiquities* 20.195. The Herodian throne stood on Roman protection. Josephus applied the Jewish world-ruler oracle to Vespasian at *Jewish War* 6.312-313. Recruiting the empire as Zion's servant was contemporary Jewish strategy, and Paul's letters are one execution of it.
## PART EIGHT · THE INVERTED FULFILMENT
Station seven of SC-099 is held at Tier A: Constantine's seizure of the cult apparatus and the *adversus Judaeos* boundary. The documents that mark the reversal are specific. Rome crushed Jewish messianic kingship at 70 and 135 CE, the second time under the star-son of Numbers 24:17. Domitian's harsh exaction of the Jewish tax, per Suetonius, *Domitian* 12.2, gave gentile believers a standing motive to separate. Blame for the death migrates across the Gospels from the governor to the crowd at Matthew 27:24-25, and Melito of Sardis around 170 states the deicide charge. At the fixing of Easter in 325, Constantine wrote *let us then have nothing in common with the detestable Jewish crowd*, per Eusebius, *Life of Constantine* 3.18. The Christian empire kept Hadrian's bar on Jewish residence in Jerusalem, entry for lament allowed on the anniversary alone, per the Bordeaux Pilgrim and Jerome. The empire was converted, the servant took the throne of the arc, and the custodian of the scripture was driven from the city. Isaiah 49:23 was fulfilled in form and reversed in content: the nursing mother expelled the child.
## THE QUR'ANIC WITNESS
Kingship is Allah's ﷻ to give and remove at Q 3:26, *tuʾtī l-mulka man tashāʾu wa-tanziʿu l-mulka mimman tashāʾu*, and He is *al-malik al-ḥaqq* at Q 20:114 and *malik al-nās* at Q 114:2. The founding request is carried at Q 2:246-251, and there the grant is made on merit with no bill of costs, which removes the anti-monarchic strand and keeps the test at the river. The chastised king who returns is at Q 38:34, a body placed on the throne of Sulaymān (AS), *thumma anāb*. The chastened people restored after two corruptions is at Q 17:4-6, *thumma radadnā lakumu l-karrata ʿalayhim*. The Qur'an breaks the arc at one precise point: it denies the killing and the crucifixion at Q 4:157 and affirms the raising at Q 3:55, *innī mutawaffīka wa-rāfiʿuka ilayya*, and Q 4:158. It keeps the representative, the conceded kingship, and the raising, and it refuses the execution clause as the mode of the raising. That divergence is recorded and not resolved here.
## VERDICT
[⟀ T] on the executed facts: the *ṣelem-dmwt* royal-statue pair, the *shevet* and *n-g-ʿ* sites at 2 Samuel 7:14, Psalm 89:33, Isaiah 53:4 and 53:8, and Micah 4:14, the *anistēmi* renderings at 2 Samuel 7:12, Amos 9:11, and Hosea 6:2, the Romans 4:25 to Isaiah 53:12 correspondence, the *diakonos* and *leitourgoi* of Romans 13:4 and 13:6, and the documentary exhibits of Part Eight.
[⟀ S] on the arc as the referent of *kata tas graphas*, on the catch as the penalty clause of the concession executed on the representative, on the third day as threshold, and on the Cyrus template as the political instrument of the arc.
[?] on the event, both directions: whether the arc was executed in the person of ʿĪsā (AS) is not adjudicated by a card about what the scripture carries, and the Qur'anic divergence at Q 4:157 stands beside it unranked. [?] on a coordinated program between Paul and the Jerusalem elite, which opposed him at Acts 21-23.
[X] on the inflations named in the fences.
## FENCES
One, **the representative read as a second god.** The king sits on the throne of the LORD by grant at 1 Chronicles 29:23 and addresses no one as *I am*; *it was given* is not *I am*, carried from SC-102. The phrase *God on earth* is typed here as representative-by-grant and never as identity, per the apotheosis condition of the Apophatic Licensing Clause and APEX-PSP-UNFORGIVABLE-01.
Two, **the seventh day read as withdrawal.** The Owner does not recede; He takes the closure position, per SC-080 F6 and SC-095. The representative stands forward under an enthroned Owner, not in an empty court.
Three, **the catch read as divine imperfection.** The penalty clause is a condition of the grant and the defect it answers is the occupant's, per Deuteronomy 17:20 and 2 Chronicles 26:16. Nothing in the clause predicates imperfection of the Grantor.
Four, **the arc read as proving the event.** The card establishes what the corpus carries and what Paul pointed to. It seals no historical claim about any death or rising, in either direction.
Five, **the arc read as authorial intent.** No writer in any century is claimed to have designed the whole; the claim is that the corpus preserves each member and that a reader of the first century read them as one, which is reception-attested at 1 Corinthians 15 and Acts 13.
Six, **the Cyrus template read as a coordinated conspiracy.** Paul's vocabulary and collection enact the template. No joint program with the priestly elite is attested, and the priestly elite prosecuted him. The territorial aim is inferred and not stated, since Paul widens the inheritance to *kosmos* at Romans 4:13.
Seven, **the Roman capture read as a single design.** Part Eight records a convergence of interests across three centuries, documented at each step. No council, emperor, or bishop is shown to have planned the whole.
Eight, **the contested exhibits read as load-bearing.** The Gabriel Revelation's third-day line is disputed in its reading and carries no weight here. The Targumic and rabbinic witnesses are post-canonical and seal-ineligible under the Firewall.
Nine, **the face-tuple collapsed.** Any citation reducing this card to a single token, sealed or open, misquotes it.
